Hi hi,

GOALszn is a game to track workouts with friends over a period of time. The beauty of the game, is that rules can be adjusted to suit a team’s needs. Even though our last newsletter was about taking breaks…apparently the OG NYC felt the need to push themselves with a “SPRINTszn.” 😏

Usually, teammates commit to 1-7 workouts weekly. This time, it's a minimum of 4 workouts plus a personal goal layered on top.

Why the personal weekly goal? SPRINTszn is designed to push you beyond your current limits, aiming to build a better you! Here are some unexpected inspiring examples:

  • Drink at least 13 cups of water daily (13?!)

  • Complete 10 mins of pelvic floor exercises 3x a week

  • Journaling 5 times a week

  • Mastering 200 fatigued wallballs per week (wtf is this…)

We're documenting these goals to inspire everyone to stay active this summer.
