T-minus 3 weeks until szn closes. KEEP GOING!

Hello again!

A quick recap of how GOALszn works: It's this newsletter, yes, but it's also a game for tracking workouts with friends throughout a "szn," which is typically 3 months long. We are currently less than a month away from the end of the current szn, and it feels like senioritis is happening in the hallways of some of the group chats. In past szns, we've even had people want to drop out—and that's all relatable! 

We've all wanted to quit something at one point or another. Sticking with the same process, week after week, can feel sort of strange or even boring in our "change it up!" world.

Here's what we will say, though. While sometimes, quitting is a good thing (just ask Nikki, who quit law school almost a year in because it wasn't the right choice for her), generally there is value in staying the course and seeing something through. (Remember Ev's ultramarathoner Lyft driver, who advised us to keep moving through the pain?) 

In fact, according to Graham Weaver, Founder of Alpine Investors and Stanford lecturer, going all in is what will lead to asymmetrical, off-the-charts growth. We really believe in this! That's why we ask folks to trust the process. You might be surprised about what you discover about yourself along the way!

So today, we close with a question: Even when you're feeling resistant or pushed to your limit or flat-out over it, can you remind yourself of why you made a specific choice and see it through to the end?

CHALLENGE TIME

Our current challenge is to take a break during the work day to move your body in an energizing way. Try this twice a day, on at least three days over the next two weeks.
