It’s been a minute, but we’re back with a reminder (or first notice for newbs!) — GOALszn is always in style.
Quick recap: GOALszn is a game to track workouts with a team of friends. Today, we're kicking off our Fall/Winter “szn” with groups hailing from all over North America.

🚰 Ev has to admit that electrolytes work. After an injury and severe heat waves, she gave them a go, despite her skepticism of most supplements and wellness products.
Now, she’s never going back. Her faves are Drip Drop and LMNT (which Nikki gave out in her wedding guest goodie bag!)This list from The Strategist also has some options to try.
🌅 We’ve been sharing top summer moments in the groups over the weekend. These include: lots of Hawaii moments (members Yin + Ron got married there in August!), mountain getaways, new births, new homes, and just enjoying time with loved ones. What’s your fave summer memory?!

With this in mind, our goal for the fall szn is to leave a lasting positive impact in various ways. While traditional fitness metrics like pace, distance, VO2 Max, calories burned, training load, and heart rate zones can be important, our “KPIs” are also things like:
New friendships (or deepening existing relationships)
Novelty, or trying new things
Inspiration to stay consistent
Finding the joy!
Together, let’s make this season one filled with growth, connection, and shared experiences that truly embody the spirit of GOALszn!
