What Team Captains Nikki and Ev are talking about.
GOALszn is a game to track workouts–but volunteering counts as a #workout because building healthy communities matters on both a micro and macro level. And our entire drumbeat: Community is health.
Throughout the seasons, we’ve had some amazing volunteer submissions (some of which seem way harder than a typical workout), including:
Actual farm work
Composting (on a farm with a pitchfork, not like, tossing old fruit into a backyard)
Packing and delivering food to those in need (shout out to God’s Love We Deliver)
School and Church programs
Women’s health clinic escort - the volunteer effort that kicked it all off
Additionally, our teams have also donated their end-of-szn “pot” multiple times. We believe that contributing to our own communities—and those beyond—creates a ripple effect that improves society for everyone.

💛Attend a fitness class (or join GOALszn) and you’ve already set yourself up for friendship
♂️ Fitness classes are for everyone, no matter your gender. Historically marketed toward women, group fitness has been overlooked by men, who tend to stick to the gym’s weight room. Men, if you haven’t tried Pilates yet, the time is now!

🚨 CHALLENGE: MOVE BETTER FEEL BETTER
Mobility isn’t just about flexibility—it's about training your joints to move smoothly through their full range of motion with strength and control.
Mobility is important now, then becomes even more critical as you age. And, as Team Captain Ron points out, “Let's be F'ing honest, this group isn't exactly the youngest bunch.” So, with that:
