Best Sports Bras for Every Need
Finding Your Perfect Fit
When it comes to the best sports bras it really depends on A) Type of workout B) intensity C) Knowing your own body and what kind of support you need. Across the board, here’s what the ladies in GOALszn look for:
Fit: Support without creating uniboob, side gaps, or excessive spillage. Avoid bras that are hard to get into, especially racerbacks with tight straps that can strain your shoulders.
Bigger chests fit: Pay attention to the brand sthat specialize in this. Brands that try to accommodate every size often dont. Some brands feels like they made it for a 32c and scaled down ot up, which is not how fit works.
Fabric - Compression & Support: Suppor—without digging, sagging, or riding up. Stretches and i feel like ti holds everything in place well.
Durability: The gear has to last through countless workouts and washes. Fabric, seams and stitching matters.
